Customization is the process of bleaching the knots and plucking the hairline for a more natural appearance. Bleaching eliminates dark knots on new closures so lace blends with your skin tone. Plucking thins the hairline for a softer, more realistic edge compared to a fuller factory hairline.
Yes — we provide 100% human hair, which means your unit can be coloured or bleached. Please note that chemical processes may affect texture, especially on curly patterns such as deep wave, water wave, kinky and princess curl. We recommend professional colouring for best results.
Wash every 7–14 days depending on wear, using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Detangle gently from ends upward, air dry on a wig stand, and store away from direct heat. Monthly deep conditioning keeps curls defined and straight hair silky.
If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we offer returns and free exchanges within 7 days of purchase or receipt. The wig must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with lace uncut and returned in original packaging. Refunds are not available for customised units.
Free wig resizing is available when requested within 7 days of purchase. Please note that resizing pre-cut units such as bobs can be complex and may result in slight length adjustment. Contact us before altering your unit for the best fit advice.
Some shedding on closures is normal over the lifespan of a wig, especially with wear, styling and knot bleaching. Closures may need replacement over time — proper care and gentle handling will extend the life of your lace front.
