Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hair Junction, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and a refined client experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer returns and free exchanges within 7 days of purchase or receipt, provided items meet the conditions below.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the unit must be:

Refunds are not available for customised units (including bleached knots, plucked hairlines, or other alterations requested after purchase).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 working days, subject to inspection and approval.

Lay-By & Reservations

To reserve selected pieces, a 50% deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be settled within 2 months from the date of purchase.

Failure to complete payment within this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please contact us before your lay-by deadline if you need assistance.

Returns & Assistance

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Client Care team:

Once your return is approved, you may either arrange return shipping (at your cost) or return the item to our boutique during business hours.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Concerns

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within a reasonable time.

Our team may require up to 3 business days to assess the unit and determine the appropriate resolution (repair, exchange, or refund where applicable).

Exchanges

For the smoothest experience, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred selection or arrange an exchange with our team.

Free wig resizing is available when requested within 7 days of purchase. Note that resizing pre-cut units such as bobs may result in slight length adjustment.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
